Informes de gestión del promotor. Con el objeto de informar oportunamente sobre la evolución de la negociación del acuerdo de reestructuración y para la evaluación del cumplimiento de sus funciones, los promotores deben presentar mensualmente, a la Superintendencia de Sociedades, informes de su gestión. Dichos informes deben relacionar en forma clara y completa las labores y avances logrados en el mes inmediatamente anterior en cumplimiento de sus funciones.
