Las funciones y deberes del Procurador de Hacienda serán las detalladas en el artículo 2 de la Ley que se reglamenta, los que le correspondan como Visitador Fiscal en los casos en que deba asumir carácter los que conforme a la ley le asigne al Gobierno y los de exigir el estricto cumplimiento de lo dispuesto por los artículos 17 y 35 de la Ley referida.
