Tránsito de legislación. Las normas de la presente Ley que no requieran desarrollo para su efectividad serán aplicables a las operaciones de cambio que se encuentran en curso; en cuanto a las demás normas se estará a lo que dispongan las que se dicten en desarrollo de este estatuto.
