ARTICULO 3.1.3.0.6 .- ADMINISTRACION DE FONDOS DE PENSIONES. Las entidades aseguradoras podrán administrar fondos de pensiones de jubilación e invalidez, previa autorización de la Superintendencia Bancaria, la cual se podrá otorgar cuando la sociedad acredite capacidad técnica de acuerdo con la naturaleza del fondo que se pretende administrar. Para el efecto las entidades aseguradoras deberán observar lo dispuesto en los artículos 2.1.1.4.1. a 2.1.1.4.34 del presente estatuto. TITULO IV.
