Los préstamos a que se refiere este Decreto no podrán pasar de diez mil pesos $ ($ 10.000 ($ 10.000) para cada persona, natural o jurídica y deberá distribuirse en forma tal que el sesenta por ciento (60%) del capital apropiado a ese fin por el artículo 1º, se destine a operaciones no mayores de cinco mil pesos ($ 5.000.), y el cuarenta por ciento (40% ) restante a operaciones cuyo monto esté comprendido entre cinco mil y diez mil pesos.
