º (Transitorio). Las licitaciones, contratos, órdenes de pedido y demás actos que impliquen ordenación del gasto, que se encuentren en trámite a la fecha de vigencia de este decreto, continuarán su proceso de tramitación, de acuerdo a las normas establecidas en el mismo, sin que se requiera refrendación de los actos ya cumplidos o reiniciación del trámite y su perfeccionamiento.
