Para efectos del pago de horas extras o del reconocimiento del descanso compensatorio, en tiempo normal de labores, el empleo deberá pertenecer al nivel operativo; hasta el Grado 11 del nivel administrativo; hasta el Grado 09 del nivel técnico y hasta el Grado 01 del nivel profesional.
