Artículo tercero . Las acciones de la Clase "A" contempladas en el Artículo 7o. del Decreto No. 0272 de 1957, devengarán un dividendo hasta del tres por ciento (3%) anual a partir del cuarto ejercicio social de la Empresa. Durante los tres primeros ejercicios sociales devengarán un dividendo hasta del uno por ciento (1%) anual. Las acciones de la clase "B", no tendrán limitación alguna.
