Modifíquese el artículo 2.2.1.6.14.4., del Capítulo 6 del Título 1 de la Parte 2 del Libro 2 del Decreto 1079 de 2015, Único Reglamentario del Sector Transporte, el cual quedará así: "Artículo 2.2.1.6.14.4. Desintegración obligatoria. Los vehículos que cumplan el tiempo de uso deberán salir anualmente del servicio y ser desintegrados."
