Las estampillas no se adherirán a las márgenes del papel, sino al pie de los documentos que deban llevarlas; y en caso de que por la cantidad de ellas se necesitare agregar una hoja de papel, ésta será de papel sellado cuando el documento respectivo estuviere escrito en esa clase de papel.
