Abrese un crédito suplemental de nueve mil trescientos cincuenta i nueve pesos, noventa centavos ($ 9,359-90 cs.) al Presupuesto de la vijencia económica de 1873 a 1874, Departamento de Gastos de Hacienda, Capítulo 13, Artículo 4.°, para legalizar los últimos gastos hechos por el Ministro Plenipotenciario i Enviado Estraordinario de Colombia en Inglaterra i Francia, en la adquisicion de un buque guarda-costa.

Dése cuenta al Congreso en su próxima reunión, del presente decreto, para su regularizacion lejislativa, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 1334 del Código fiscal.
