Article 12

En La Licencia Temporal Que Otorguen Los Tribunales Superiores De Distrito Judicial, Deberán Consignarse Los Siguientes Datos: A) Tribunal Que Otorga La Licencia Temporal; B) Número Y Fecha De La Providencia Respectiva

En la licencia temporal que otorguen los tribunales superiores de Distrito Judicial, deberán consignarse los siguientes datos

Tribunal que otorga la licencia temporal;

Número y fecha de la providencia respectiva.

Nombre completo de la persona y documento de identificación personal.

Facultad de derecho donde cursó y aprobó los estudios reglamentarios y fecha de terminación de los mismos, y

Fechar de terminación de la licencia temporal concedida.

Parágrafo

En ningún caso la licencia será prorrogable, ni se podrá expedir una nueva al vencimiento de la concedida.
