° El señor Hernando Garcés continuará ejerciendo las funciones de ingeniero Jefe de los trabajos citados, con la asignación señalada para dicho cargo. En tal carácter, será el único y directo responsable de la científica ejecución de esos trabajos, para lo cual puede distribuir, en la forma que juzgue más conveniente, el personal nombrado por este Decreto.
