Art. 57. Para los efectos del artículo 8.° considérase á la Universidad Católica existente en esta ciudad en la categoría de los Institutos de instrucción secundaria gratuita de los Departamentos. De las condiciones exigidas por dicho artículo, se exceptúa la 5. a , respecto de la mencionada Universidad.
