Aplicar Una Medida De Salvaguardia Definitiva A Las Importaciones De Películas Flexibles De Pvc Con Un Contenido De Plastificantes Superior O Igual Al 6% En Peso, Clasificadas Por La Subpartida Arancelaria 3920

°. Aplicar una medida de salvaguardia definitiva a las importaciones de películas flexibles de PVC con un contenido de plastificantes superior o igual al 6% en peso, clasificadas por la subpartida arancelaria 3920.43.00.00, originarias de Brasil, de la siguiente forma

Establecer un contingente de importaciones de 645 toneladas anuales, el cual tendrá el arancel preferencial vigente en el Programa de Liberación Comercial del Acuerdo CAN-Mercosur, de 9,2% para 2009, y de 7,8% para 2010.

Establecer un arancel de 17.6%, para las importaciones que superen el contingente establecido en el numeral 1 del presente artículo.
