° Las multas de que trata el artículo 225 del Decreto número 444 de 1967, serán convertibles en arresto, de acuerdo con lo previsto en el artículo 221 del mismo Decreto, después de la tercera negativa a presentar los libros u otros documentos, o rendir los informes o testimonios solicitados.
