°. Créase la Comisión Redactora del proyecto de nuevo Código de Procedimiento Civil, de carácter temporal, ad honorem y adscrita al Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho. Esta Comisión funcionará por un término de seis (6) meses, contados a partir de la vigencia del presente decreto, el cual podrá prorrogarse por una sola vez, por un término que no excederá al inicial.
