DE LA COMPRA DE ACCIONES O CUOTAS. Cuando la nación o sus entidades descentralizadas deseare adquirir las acciones o cuotas de los particulares, y estas así lo aceptaren, el precio, plazo y demás condiciones de la negociación se determinarán conforme a lo previsto en el artículo 11 de este decreto.
