Cuando las empresas contraten el seguro de sus empleados y obreros en compañías aseguradoras, deberán tomar una póliza colectiva que permita pagar a los beneficiarios o herederos del empleado u obrero, una suma equivalente a un año de sueldo o salario, en las mismas condiciones indicadas en el artículo anterior.
