Ley 25 de 1909 · por la cual se cede temporalmente una contribución a la Iglesia Parroquial del Municipio de la Ciénaga

Artículo único. Cédense por tres años á favor de la iglesia parroquial del Municipio de la Ciénaga, en el Departamento de Santa Marta, las tres cuartas partes de la contribución personal que se cobra en el mismo Municipio y que establece la Ley 60 de 1905 .

Parágrafo

El monto de la contribución cedida será entregado por el empleado recaudador de dicha contribución, y á medida que la vaya percibiendo, á la Junta encargada de la reconstrucción de dicho templo, y en su defecto al Cura de la Parroquia.
