La Oficina Nacional de Bromatología tendrá en las ciudades capitales de Departamento y en las que determine posteriormente el Ministerio, según su densidad urbana y capacidad económica, sendas oficinas seccionales que funcionaran bajo la dirección y vigilancia de la Oficina Nacional.
