Art. 43. La inspección de Instrucción pública en los territorios de la República, en donde para reducir y civilizar las tribus salvajes se establezcan misiones católicas, será ejercida por el inmediato superior eclesiástico de la respectiva misión por su voluntario asentimiento, y en este caso se entenderá directamente, para los efectos de este artículo, con el Ministro de Instrucción pública.
