Art. 2. ° Si presentada la demanda, las partes convinieren en transigirla de un modo equitativo, la Corte Suprema de Justicia podrá declarar terminado el juicio por este medio, y reconocerá á cargo de la Nación los créditos que resulten de la transacción á favor del reclamante.
