Para dar cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en esta Ley, destinase la suma de quinientos mil pesos ($500.000) que se incluirán por partes iguales en las dos vigencias subsiguientes, y hacense extensivas a los damnificados por el incendio de Palmira las disposiciones contenidas el Decreto número 1766, de 25 de mayo de 1948, en cuanto se refiere a las autorizaciones conferidas al Gobierno y a las instituciones bancarias para el otorgamiento de créditos a las personas pobres que perdieron sus haberes en el siniestro.
