°. La demora en dar la noticia de rechazo se excusa cuando es causada por circunstancias ajenas a la voluntad del tenedor y no imputables a su falta, mala conducta o negligencia.

Cuando la causa de la demora haya desaparecido, la noticia debe darse con razonable diligencia.
