COMUNICACION A LAS AUTORIDADES Y DERECHOS DEL CAPTURADO. El director de todo establecimiento de reclusión está en la obligación de garantizar los derechos del capturado consagrados en el Código de Procedimiento Penal. Igualmente, el director de cada establecimiento de reclusión deberá comunicar a la autoridad competente el ingreso de todo capturado.
