De la segunda instancia. Recibido el proceso en el Tribunal Nacional Deontológico o Comité de Ética de Gerontología, que actúa como segunda instancia, será repartido y el Magistrado Ponente dispondrá de treinta (30) días hábiles contados a partir de la fecha, cuando entre a su despacho, para presentar proyecto, y la sala probatoria, de otros treinta (30) días hábiles para decidir.
