Artículo sexto. La adquisición de elementos en el mercado de Bogotá, cuyo valor, en cada caso, no exceda de cien pesos ($ 100) podrá hacerse directamente por el Jefe de la Proveeduría y Almacenes, previa visación del pedido por parte del Secretario General del Ministerio, del Jefe del Departamento Administrativo, y del Auditor Fiscal, sin que para ello sea necesario llenar ninguna otra formalidad comercial.
