Revócase el Decreto número 1503 de mayo 30 de 1985, mediante el cual se comisionó al doctor Rodolfo Segovia Salas, Ministro de Obras Públicas y Transporte, para viajar a la ciudad de Perigueux, Francia, con el fin de asistir al coloquio sobre la valorización del patrimonio cultural, especialmente el arquitectónico, y el desarrollo económico y se encargó a la doctora María del Rosario Sintes, Viceministra de Obras Públicas y Transporte, del cargo de Ministro de Obras Públicas y Transporte, durante el término de la comisión conferida a su titular, doctor Rodolfo Segovia Salas.
