Art. 2° Las provincias que por escasez de recursos no puedan sostener por sí solas el Tribunal, formarán con otra u otras un distrito judicial, el cual será designado por el Poder Ejecutivo, oyendo previamente a las respectivas Cámaras; en el censo de población de cada una de ellas.
