Efectuado el concurso y hecha la evaluación correspondiente, el Consejo superior de la Administración de justicia comunicará a la autoridad nominadora los nombres de los 3 primeros concursantes, y entre estos se hará el nombramiento respectivo. Los demás concursantes no tendrán derecho alguno en el servicio notarial y si aspiran a ingresar a este deberán presentarse nuevamente a concurso.
