Para efecto de los escrutinios, en cualquier votación será computable todo voto atendiendo primordialmente la voluntad del elector, siempre y cuando se desprenda inequívocamente de él la intención de sufragar por un candidato debidamente inscrito. Los errores de buena fe en la elaboración de la papeleta no podrán anular el voto.
