Si la obra literaria fuere inédita, deberá allegarse a la Oficina de Registro de la Dirección Nacional del Derecho de Autor, junto con el formato de inscripción correspondiente, un ejemplar de ella, sin enmiendas, mutilaciones, raspaduras o entrerrenglones y debidamente empastada. Si la obra es manuscrita, ésta deberá allegarse en forma clara y legible.
