El Fondo en sus operaciones, actos y contratos y en la determinación de la jurisdicción competente, se regirá por las disposiciones legales vigentes, en especial por la Ley 80 de 1993, sus decretos reglamentarios y demás normas que la modifiquen o adicionen.
