Parágrafo 1

del artículo 31 del Decreto 1818 de 1996 que modificó el artículo 45 del decreto 326 de 1996, quedará así:

Parágrafo 1

Las prestaciones económicas correspondientes a los primeros tres días de las incapacidades generadas por enfermedad general, tanto en el sector público como en el privado, no serán asumidas por las entidades promotoras de salud, quedando sujeto su pago a las normas legales aplicables en cada caso.
