Derógase el segundo aparte del artículo 3º del Decreto número 633 de 1929; en consecuencia, los cheques que giren los Contadores Pagadores del Ejército, para retirar fondos de las cuentas que mantengan en los bancos, llevarán únicamente la firma del Contador Pagador responsable, quien queda en la obligación de pasar al Comandante respectivo la relación diaria o semanal, a juicio de éste, de los cheques girados.
