El precio de costo de las viviendas para obreros no será mayor de seiscientos pesos ($ 600.00) cada una, y se adjudicaran a familias pobres, sin casa ni bienes rurales o urbanos, vecinas de Túquerres y que hayan residido permanentemente en la ciudad desde el tiempo de los siniestros. Sobre estas bases, reglamentara el Gobierno la adjudicación.
