Corresponde al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, previa certificación del recaudo de la respectiva regalía proferida por la Agencia Nacional de Hidrocarburos y la Agencia Nacional de Minería, y la distribución de los recursos del Sistema General de Regalías entre los fondos y los diferentes beneficiarios que adelante el Departamento Nacional de Planeación, realizar el giro a los beneficiarios de asignaciones directas y asimiladas.
