Junto con la solicitud el interesado deberá presentar muestras del mineral con un peso no inferior a cinco (5) kilos, las que el Ministerio respectivo enviará para su examen al Laboratorio Químico Nacional. Si el resultado de esos exámenes fuere favorable, procederá a celebrar el contrato de que trata el artículo anterior. En caso contrario, ordenará archivar la solicitud sin más actuación.
