º El tercer aparte del artículo 8º. quedará así: "Clase XII - Los instalados en vehículos, combinados con micrófonos directos o como reproductores de programas irradiados por estaciones emisoras y como reproductores de programas grabados, para información y propaganda en los siguientes lugares: a). En ciudades o poblaciones donde funcionan estaciones de radiodifusión, distintas de las de aficionados; y b) En los campos o en poblaciones que carezcan de estaciones de radiodifusión o sólo tengan de aficionados."
