° para tomar posesión de cualquier empleo público remunerado; para celebrar contratos con cualquiera entidad pública nacional, departamental o municipal, y para recibir cualquier suma, por cualquier título, del Tesoro Público, las personas distintas de los ciudadanos en ejercicio deberán presentar la tarjeta postal de identidad. Los extranjeros a falta de esta, podrán acreditar su identidad con el respectivo pasaporte o cedula de policía.
