Modifíquese el literal a) del artículo 2.3.1.1.1 del Decreto 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: "a) Captar recursos a la vista o mediante la expedición de CDATs, de cualquier clase de clientes, siempre y cuando la respectiva entidad alcance y mantenga un capital pagado y reserva legal no inferior al sesenta por ciento (60%) del capital mínimo requerido para la constitución de un establecimiento bancario.".
