ARTICULO 25. ASCENSO A BRIGADIER GENERAL. para ascender al grado de Brigadier General, el Gobierno, oído el concepto de la Junta Asesora para la Policía Nacional, escogerá libremente entre los Coroneles, que hayan cumplido las condiciones que este Decreto determina y se hayan capacitado en los programas que para tal efecto establezca el Consejo Superior de Educación Policial.
