Se autoriza, igualmente, la celebración de los contratos y convenios interadministrativos necesarios entre la Nación, la Gobernación del Tolima y el municipio de Armero, Guayabal, que sean requeridos para viabilizar, impulsar, desarrollar y dar sostenibilidad a cada una de las disposiciones establecidas en la presente ley.
