Manejo y confidencialidad de la información . El Comité Directivo podrá solicitar información y documentos a las entidades que integran dicho comité, cuando lo requiera para el adecuado ejercicio de sus funciones. El Comité deberá mantener la reserva o confidencialidad de la información que reciba y que legalmente tenga ese carácter hasta cuando sea publicada o divulgada por la persona o entidad que la haya suministrado, o hasta cuando dicha persona o entidad autorice su publicación o divulgación.
