°. Controles para el ingreso. Conforme a los criterios del sistema de gestión del riesgo, la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN) podrá establecer controles aduaneros al ingreso de las mercancías, a que hace referencia este decreto. Si se llegaren a establecer medidas de limitación de ingreso, estas deberán estar debidamente soportadas y justificadas de acuerdo con el análisis y concepto técnico derivado del mismo sistema de gestión del riesgo.
