El presente Decreto deberá ser comunicado por la Subdirección del Talento Humano del Ministerio del Transporte a los doctores JUAN GUILLERMO JIMÉNEZ GÓMEZ y JHON JAIRO GONZÁLEZ BERNAL.

Artículo3. Vigencia. El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su expedición y deroga el artículo 2 del Decreto 258 de 2025.
