Obligación Especial. Por virtud del principio de unidad e integralidad, los funcionarios especializados a que se refiere el artículo precedente, deberán atender las instrucciones, políticas y criterios orientadores que señale el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores y el Ministerio respectivo según el caso. Dichas políticas se coordinarán entre el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores y el respectivo Ministerio y de ellas se mantendrá informado al Jefe de Misión respectivo, para mantener la adecuada coordinación de los funcionarios del servicio exterior.
