De la conserva de pescado al natural . Para efectos del presente Decreto se entiende por conserva de pescado al natural, la conserva de pescado con el agregado de caldo o de salmuera de baja concentración. El caldo o la salmuera no podrán hallarse en proporción superior al veinte por ciento (20%), ni inferior al cinco por ciento (5%), del peso total del producto terminado.
