º. El patrimonio gravable de las compañías extranjeras de seguros estará constituído en el país de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Decreto - ley 1403 de 1940. En consecuencia, la declaración y liquidación del impuesto sobre la renta, base del patrimonio, se sujetará a esta disposición a partir de la declaración que deba presentarse por el presente año gravable.
